Welcome to NUVAXS. These terms apply to the NUVAXS website, app, web app (my.nuvaxs.com) and related cloud services (together, “the services”) provided by 紐維思科技股份有限公司 (“we”). By using the services you agree to these terms.
1. The services
The services let you use NUVAXS recorders remotely: live view, playback, downloading clips, sharing access and notifications. Features may differ by firmware and app version.
2. Your account
Give accurate details and keep your account, password and the recorder’s PIN safe; you are responsible for everything done under your account. Tell us at once if someone else uses it.
3. Lawful use
- Install and use cameras lawfully and respect other people’s privacy; for example, never film toilets, changing rooms or similar private spaces
- Inform the people being filmed where the law requires
- Do not use the services for unlawful purposes
- Do not hack, disrupt or reverse-engineer the services, or try to reach devices or data that are not yours
4. Sharing access
You are responsible for the share codes you create and for how invited members use them. Share only with people you trust, remove members when staff change and revoke codes you no longer need.
5. Availability
Remote connections depend on the network (including P2P and relay). We work to keep the services running but do not guarantee they will be uninterrupted or error-free, and they may pause for maintenance or updates.
6. Firmware and app updates
We may deliver firmware and app updates online (OTA); some are needed for security or compatibility.
7. Intellectual property
The software, interface and trademarks of the services, including NUVAXS, belong to us or our licensors. Your recordings belong to you.
8. Third-party services
Sign-in with Apple, Google and LINE, the App Store and Google Play are provided under their own terms.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damage. The services are not a security guard or emergency response service.
10. Ending use
If you break these terms we may suspend or close your account. You may stop using the services at any time.
11. Changes
We may update these terms; changes are posted on this page and significant ones are notified separately. Continuing to use the services means you accept the changes.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (R.O.C.); the Taiwan Shilin District Court is the court of first instance for disputes.
