紐維思科技股份有限公司 (NUVAXS, “we”) cares about your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, process, use and protect your personal data in the NUVAXS website, the NUVAXS app, the web app (my.nuvaxs.com) and the related cloud services (together, “the services”), as required by Taiwan’s Personal Data Protection Act.

2. Why we collect data
- To provide the services: sign-up and sign-in, binding recorders, remote live view and playback, sharing access, notifications and firmware updates
- Customer service and technical support, including replies to the contact form
- Security and service improvement: detecting unusual sign-ins and keeping the system stable
- To meet legal obligations
3. What we collect
3.1 Data you give us
- Account: email or mobile number, password (stored encrypted), name and profile photo
- Third-party sign-in: when you sign in with Apple, Google or LINE, the account identifier from that service and the data you agree to share (such as email and name)
- Contact form: name, company, email, phone and your message
3.2 Data created as you use the services
- Devices: names, MAC addresses, IP addresses and firmware versions of bound recorders, and system events such as going online, offline or updating
- Camera settings: camera names, network addresses and sign-in accounts; stored in our cloud with your consent
- Sharing: share codes, roles, permissions and member lists
- Notifications: push tokens, notification settings and history
- Technical data: app version, operating system and connection logs
- Website visits: the page viewed, the referring page, the browser, the device type and the country, counted in aggregate only; see the cookie policy
3.3 Video
Recordings are stored on your own recorder’s hard drive. For remote viewing, video travels over a direct P2P connection or, when that is not possible, through a relay server. Clips you download are stored on your phone.
Cameras may record other people; install them lawfully and inform people where required (see the terms of use).
4. How long, where, by whom and how

We do not sell your personal data.

- Cloud hosting: Amazon Web Services (Singapore)
- Third-party sign-in: Apple, Google, LINE
- Contact form: Formspree (United States)
- Website hosting: Amazon Web Services (S3, CloudFront)
- Website traffic statistics: Cloudflare Web Analytics (no cookies)
Each provider handles data under its own privacy policy.
6. Your rights
Under Article 3 of the Personal Data Protection Act, you may:
- Ask about or review your personal data
- Request a copy
- Ask us to complete or correct it
- Ask us to stop collecting, processing or using it
- Ask us to delete it
Contact us as in section 1. You can also edit your details under the app’s user profile.
If you do not provide the personal data we need, some or all of the services may not work for you.

Connections are encrypted; share codes can be limited by time and number of uses and revoked at any time.
